The beast of Revelation 13:1 will arise up out of the sea (Re.13:1 below).
He will arise out from the bottomless pit (Re.9:1-2).
He will be given his power, his seat, and great authority by Satan (Re.13:2 below).
All those who are not written in the book of life will worship him (Re.13:8 below).
He will be upon the world scene BEFORE the little horn (the beast of Re.13:11) makes his appearance (Dan.7:8 below).
He will be given power to CONTINUE for 3 � years (Re.13:5 below), along with the beast of Revelation
He will make war with the saint (Re.13:7 below), as will the beast of Revelation
The beast of Revelation 13:1 will have the number 666 (Re.13:18 below). 666 is the number of a MAN. The beast of Revelation 13:1 is a MAN.
The beast of Revelation 13:1 is the fourth beast of Daniel chapter 7 (Dan.7:7-8, Dan.7:19, Dan.7:23 below). He is a king (Dan.7:17 below). Out from him will come the little horn who is also seen as the beast of Revelation 13:11. (Dan.7:20, Dan.7:24-25, Dan.8:9, Dan.8:11, Dan.8:22-25, Dan.11:36-38).
Re.13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast (the fourth beast) RISE UP OUT OF THE SEA (Dan.7:3), having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Re.13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the DRAGON (Re.12:9) gave him his POWER, and his SEAT, and GREAT AUTHORITY.
Re.13:3 And I saw one of his heads (Re.13:1 above) as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed (Re.13:12, Re.13:14): and ALL THE WORLD WONDERED AFTER THE BEAST.
Re.13:4 And they worshipped the DRAGON which gave power unto the beast (Re.13:2 above): and they worshipped the beast (Re.13:1 above, Re.13:8 below), saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
Re.13:5 And there was given unto him (the beast) a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and POWER WAS GIVEN UNTO HIM TO CONTINUE FORTY AND TWO MONTHS (1260 days/3 1/2 years - Re.17:10).
Re.13:6 And he (the beast - Re.13:1) opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle (Re.15:5), and them that dwell in heaven (Re.12:12).
Re.13:7 And it was given unto him (the beast - Re.13:1) to make WAR WITH THE SAINTS, AND TO OVERCOME THEM: and (Satanic) power was given him (Re.13:2 above) over ALL kindreds, and tongues, and nations (Re.13:3 above, Re.17:15, Dan.7:23 below).
Re.13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall WORSHIP him (the beast - Re.13:1, Re.13:12), whose names ARE NOT written in the book of life (Re.20:12) of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world (Jn.17:24).
Re.13:18 Here is wisdom, Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast (Re.13:1-2 above): for it is the number OF A MAN; and his NUMBER is Six hundred threescore and six (666).
Dan.7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a FOURTH BEAST, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: IT DEVOURED AND BRAKE IN PIECES, AND STAMPED THE RESIDUE (the other three beasts - Dan.7:3, Dan.7:12) with the feet of it: and IT WAS DIVERSE (Dan.7:19, Dan.7:23 below) from all the beasts that were before it; and it had TEN HORNS (Re.13:1).
Dan.7:8 I considered the (ten) HORNS (kings), and, behold, there came up among them ANOTHER little horn (king), before whom there were three of the first horns (kings) PLUCKED UP BY THE ROOTS (Dan.7:24): and, behold, in this (little) horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things (Dan.7:20).
Dan.7:19 Then I would know the truth (Jn.16:13) of the FOURTH BEAST, which was diverse from all the others (three), exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which DEVOURED, BRAKE IN PIECES (Dan.7:23 below), and STAMPED THE RESIDUE with his feet (Dan.7:7 above);
Dan.7:17 These great beasts, which are FOUR, are four KINGS, which shall arise OUT OF THE EARTH (Dan.8:9, Dan.8:22-23).
Dan.7:23 Thus he said, The FOURTH BEAST shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall DEVOUR the WHOLE EARTH (Dan.7:7, Re.13:7 above), and shall TREAD IT DOWN, and BREAK IT IN PIECES (Dan.7:19 above).
