The Lord God Almighty is King of saints (Re.15:3 below).
The church (1 Cor.10:32 below), the living body of Christ Jesus throughout all ages, are saints of the most High (1 Cor.1:2, Re.8:3-4 below).
Re.15:3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints (Re.8:3-4, 1 Cor.1:2 below).

Re.8:3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer [it] with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
Re.8:4 And the smoke of the incense, [which came] with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.
